As Assistant Manager Portfolio Management – Priority Banking at Emirates NBD, your role is to
Analyze Priority Banking portfolio in terms of product mix and key indicators to identify & assess high impact business growth areas. Develop, proposes, and implement action plans to capitalize on business opportunities improve cross-sell actions and achieve profitability objectives
Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurate client segmentation and portfolio balancing for existing Priority banking client.
- Ongoing portfolio review for effective and optimal RM loading and cost to serve in PRB.
- Business lead on scorecard related matters (design, enhancements, and governance)
- Accurately manage various frameworks including contact management, customer lifecycle, Advanced Analytics, retention, and platforms.
- Develop and maintain customer migration exercise
- Manage all reporting, tracking, and monitoring of financial and non-financial metrics for Relationship Managers, Wealth Advisors, Customer Service Representative's, Customer Service Manager's, Area Manager's and Wealth Manager's
- Lead on projects involving platforms, propensity frameworks, segmentation and support from data and analytics for all proposition / coverage led projects.
- Track the PRB portfolio for key financials indicators, profitability, customer demographics and patterns, product penetration by sub-segment, transaction behavior etc. prepare analytical reports and insight to optimize portfolio for PRB revenues.
- Develop and maintain library of dashboards that track RM/Area and subsegment performance, product profitability, assets level by type, client’s engagement with product, profit optimization opportunities.
- Performance financial, products and other analytics as required by senior manager/ head of portfolio management to help support decision making process
- Prepare monthly, QTD (quarter-to-date), and annual forecasts based on business expectations and budgetary constraints.
- Generate weekly contact management reports for Relationship Managers (RMs) and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience…
- University or Graduate Degree or comparable education/training
- 2-3 years of work experience in a bank or financial institution with a background of working on systems, Products, Processes, projects, and analytics
- Experience in, MS Office Suite, Project Management & extensive and up to date knowledge of data analysis tools, end-user tools, bank information and transaction systems
