Role responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
- Set sales targets and motivate team members to achieve them.
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items as needed.
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Coordinate with head office and other stores as necessary.
- Stay informed about industry trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role in the apparel industry.
- Knowledge of retail management best practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
- Certification in Retail Management is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within the apparel industry.
