About Our Client

This is an exciting opportunity to join the corporate funding team of a leading global investor, based in Abu Dhabi. The team focuses on evaluating the fund's corporate funding options and capital structure. What the job involves

• Supporting the monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators related to the corporate funding function, to track performance
• Providing input into the preparation of the budget and advising on risks and opportunities
• Supporting the development and implementation of the corporate funding strategy in order to achieve optimal debt levels and protect investment credit ratings
• Drafting and composing presentations of strategic proposals in support of debt financing solutions
• Managing financial modelling, valuations and analyses to support the development of optimum capital structure solutions
• Monitoring the risk of the fund's corporate funding transactions
  
  

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution with a degree related to business management, finance, real estate or equivalent
• A keen understanding and grasp of capital markets as well as broader financial markets
• Expert knowledge of the global investment markets
• In-depth knowledge of various corporate funding products
• Ability to manage and maintain relationships with financial institutions and rating agencies
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability and willingness to relocate full time to Abu Dhabi, UAE
