About Our Client

Our client is a prestigious private equity firm based in Abu Dhabi, with an outstanding track record in real estate hospitality transactions globally. This is an exciting opportunity for an associate to join their growing and highly successful team based in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on direct, fund, co-investment and platform investments in hotel assets across major markets. What the job involves

• Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and portfolio management
• Developing and analysing financial models
• Leading certain workstreams such as various diligence processes as well being the point of contact for industry experts, management teams and investment partners
• Working alongside other top-tier asset managers / private equity funds on co-investment opportunities
  
  

Who we are looking for

• Experience of working in real estate hotels and hospitality in M&A or private equity, ideally in the Americas
• Outstanding academics from a top-tier university
• Strong business acumen and high professional integrity
