As the EditorinChief you will hold the top editorial position and be responsible for the overall quality tone and impact of all published content. You will lead our editorial team and collaborate with photographers designers and other creative professionals to produce a brand that resonates with the luxury market.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the brand s editorial calendar ensuring timely publication and alignment with industry trends and seasonal themes.
- Oversee the creation editing and revision of all content including feature articles interviews reviews and editorials.
- Uphold the highest journalistic standards; ensure all work is factual compelling and clear and conforms to the established tone and style of the brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align editorial content with broader business strategies including partnerships and advertiser interests.
- Manage the editorial budget negotiate contracts with freelancers and contributors and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Represent the brand at industry events product launches and other relevant gatherings.
- Stay current with trends in the luxury market as well as in publishing and digital media to continuously innovate and keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior editorial role ideally within the luxury or lifestyle industry.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a diverse team of writers editors and creative contributors.
- Excellent writing editing and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the luxury market and its trends including fashion jewellery travel and culture.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- achelor s degree in Journalism Communications or related field; Master s degree preferred.
