Private Equity and Real Estate Analyst

Responsibilities:

We support sovereign wealth funds and leading developers in the regions with their evolving business strategy throughout the real estate lifecycle with the following services: development and strategic advisory, feasibility studies, highest-and-best use analysis, concept ideation/development, destination strategy, tourism product development (leisure and entertainment), growth/expansion/market entry strategies, valuations, transaction, due diligence, among others

Skills & Qualifications:

As a minimum, a bachelor's degree in in real estate (preferred), economics, finance, business or engineering and at least 1 year of related work experience

Familiarity with RHC terminology and good research skills

Good business English writing skills

Willingness to travel in the region (approximately 25%)
