Field Sales Executive - Royal Camel Dairy Foodstuff

The Role
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and interior design sectors. Generate leads through market research networking and industry events. Relationship Management with Customer: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with contractors builders developers and consultants. Understand clients needs and offer customized solutions using company products. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the current product. Effectively communicate the features advantages and quality of companys product. Sales Targets: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance adapting strategies as needed for continuous improvement. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends competitor products and market demands. Provide valuable insights to the management team based on market research findings. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries concerns and providing product information. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Requirements

• Proven experience in building materials sales & interior design sales. Minimum 3 years of experience required. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer relationship management abilities. Knowledge of Building & Construction material is a must. Ability to work independently and in a team. Flexibility for occasional travel. Must have a UAE driving license
