Eminence Talent Group (ETG) seeks a highperforming Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing sales opportunities demonstrating a solid understanding of the sales process and excelling in initiating new relationships. As a key player in our growth strategy the Sales Executive will focus on generating leads building relationships and setting the stage for successful sales closures.
Objectives of This Role:
- Represent ETGs services using indepth knowledge and research to meet customer needs.
- Generate leads build relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects engaging with sales executives for further development.
- Contribute to refining ETGs leadgeneration strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize tools like Salesforce cold calling and email to generate new sales opportunities.
- Understand prospect needs and recommend appropriate ETG services.
- Build longterm relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Set up meetings or calls between potential customers and sales executives.
- Report on weekly monthly and quarterly sales results.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on ETGs services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and meet sales targets.
