Job Summary:
Job location: Onsite Dubai
The QMS Specialist is responsible for ensuring the implementation maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves monitoring compliance conducting audits and driving initiatives to enhance quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- QMS Maintenance: Manage and maintain the QMS documentation ensuring all procedures policies and standards are uptodate and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Compliance Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to the QMS and prepare for external audits by regulatory bodies.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the QMS and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Training: Develop and deliver training programs to staff on QMS procedures ensuring a thorough understanding and compliance across the organization.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on QMS performance nonconformance and corrective actions to senior management.
- Customer Interaction: Liaise with customers to address qualityrelated queries and issues ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Quality Management Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management systems preferably within telecom industry.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001 Six Sigma or similar are highly desirable.
