Financial Manager

The mission is to lead the Firms financial strategy ensuring robust financial health and driving growth. This role involves managing financial control operations budgeting forecasting cash flowing planning and management. Also providing incisive financial analysis and analytical financial reports to support strategic decisions. The successful candidate will exhibit mastery in financial planning a proven track record in a B2B environment and a deep understanding of financial management within the projects architecture and construction markets.

They will be expected to communicate complex financial information clearly and guide the finance team with expertise.

Experience needed:

• 8 years of progressive experience in financial management roles with a proven track record of success and increasing responsibility in the field.
• Exceptional proficiency in English with stellar written and verbal communication skills.
• A strategic mindset with a resultsoriented approach and a history of high performance.
• Experience within startup or growth companies adept at operating in fastpaced matrixed environments.
• Strong relationshipbuilding capabilities with a range of stakeholders (suppliers bankers customers etc)
• Technical proficiency with financial management software (ERP systems) online platforms and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• A bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; an MBA or relevant certification (such as CPA or CFA) is preferred
• Fluency in ERP and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint etc.)
• Detailoriented and analytical skills
