• SEM Campaign Management: Create manage and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to achieve performance goals.
  
• Social Media Advertising: Strategise and execute digital campaigns across different channels by identifying where the key target audience spends time.
  
• Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify highimpact search terms.
  
• Ad Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
  
• Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage advertising budgets across various platforms and report back on ROI.
  
• Bid Management: Strategically adjust bids to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
  
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to refine ad creatives and landing pages.
  
• Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data to identify trends insights and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Certified/ Qualified in Digital Marketing or related subjects preferred
  
• Proven work experience as a Performance Marketing Executive specializing in SEM or similar
  
• Prior experience with SEM
  
• Full English proficiency is required
  
• Additional spoken languages are a plus
  
• Excellent communication interpersonal and analytical skills
  
• Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office
  
• Proficient in using web analytics tools and ad serving tools
  
• Good knowledge of target markets and competitors
