Our client is one of the creative agency and looking for a Sales Manager to join his team in Dubai. You will be responsible for driving sales growth forging strategic partnerships and expanding the client base. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. With your exceptional sales skills and industry knowledge you will contribute to the agencys success and help shape its future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for sales.
- Identify and pursue new leads and business opportunities through various methods including cold callingnetworking and referrals.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to clients showcasing how the companys offerings can address
their needs and solve their problems. - Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue and market share.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in a related field (business marketing sales etc.).
- Proven track record of success in sales ideally with 46 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced and competitive environment.
