Business Development Manager

Position Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and selfdriven Outbound Sales Specialist with a passion for technology to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales booking meetings and prospecting new clients. Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM LinkedIn and other prospecting tools is essential. Additionally the candidate should have a solid understanding of website and mobile development services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Focus: Drive outbound sales efforts to meet and exceed targets.
• Meeting Booking: Schedule and manage meetings with potential clients.
• Deal Closure: Proven track record of finding and closing deals.
• CRM Proficiency: Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage sales processes and track client interactions.
• Prospecting: Conduct prospecting activities using LinkedIn and other tools to identify and engage potential clients.
• Presentation Creation: Develop compelling presentations to showcase our services and solutions.
• Service Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of website development and mobile development services to effectively communicate the value to clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outbound sales and prospecting.
• Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn for sales activities.
• Strong understanding of website development and mobile development services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Selfmotivated selfdriven and passionate about technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven experience in the UAE/GCC regions is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the technology industry and digital solutions.
