Supervise and manage daily production activities ensuring continuous and efficient operation of the factory

Job Requirements

5 years of experience as a production manager in a pharmaceutical company

Degree in Mechanical Engineering Chemical Engineering or related field

Knowledge and experience in implementing quality and safety systems (GMP ISO)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong organizational skills with a problemsolving attitude

Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes

Ability to lead and motivate a high performing sales team
