The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Fleet & Administration Manager in Raleigh, NC.
Role Description
**Car Fleet Management:**
- Review vehicle policies and maintain relationships with vehicle management vendors.
- Support corporate vehicle drivers and provide necessary information to new hires.
- Collaborate with Functional Leads to identify job vehicles based on business needs.
- Ensure accurate billing & payment processes to the vehicle management vendor.
**Administration and Office Management:**
- Lead office administration in Raleigh, NC office and share best practices.
- Oversee tracking and ordering of office supplies and equipment.
- Track office inventory and submit to Finance as needed.
- Supervise office maintenance and manage office space.
**EHS:**
- Develop and update EHS policies in line with company guidelines & local regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors for personnel and EHS trainings.
- Manage EHS reporting and data.
- Plan and evaluate preventive EHS measures.
**General Support:**
- Lead preparation for company events.
- Support in drafting presentations and reports.
- Act as backup for front desk activities.
**People Management:**
- Coach and mentor team members.
Skills & Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in Administration, Vehicle Management and/or Health & Safety.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
