HR Manager Arabic Speaker

We are currently working with a longstanding local Architecture & Engineering Consultancy company based in Abu Dhabi looking for a HR Manager (Arabic Speaker) to join their team.

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and administration within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a thorough understanding of HR best practices in the architectural and engineering industry.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the company.
  
• Manage the recruitment and selection process including job postings candidate screening interviewing and onboarding.
  
• Oversee employee relations including resolving workplace conflicts conducting investigations and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
  
• Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  
• Coordinate employee performance evaluations feedback sessions and career development initiatives.
  
• Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other employee perks.
  
• Handle employee payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
  
• Lead and mentor HR staff members providing guidance and support as needed.
  
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  
• Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
  
• Collaborate with department heads and senior management to address HRrelated issues and support business growth initiatives.
  
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in human resources management Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  
• 10 years of progressive experience in HR roles with a focus on architecture and engineering consulting firms.
  
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.
  
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
