Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
Communication
- Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communication and skills.

- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that drive business results.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
