Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a SQL Data Analyst.
- Must have proficiency in SQL.
- Excel proficiency is a must.
- Must have experience in Cognos.
- Experience in gathering, defining, and documenting requirements.
- Experience in managing support for technology systems.
- Experience with developing business processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide regular updates and status reports to users.
- Assist in the development of business processes.
- Support a customer-service oriented model.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
