Job Overview:

As an Outdoor Sales Executive for Matrix Finishes LLC you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities for our signage and interior finishes products. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by developing relationships with potential clients and promoting our products in the market. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of energy excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve set targets for signage and interior finishes products
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling networking and other sales techniques
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients including architects designers contractors and property owners
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products to clients
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts
• Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline and achievements to the management team
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and build our brand

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales preferably in the signage or interior finishes industry
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding abilities
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
• Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a positive attitude
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
• Knowledge of design and construction industry is a plus
