Business Development Manager- WFH - Ppl Dynamic

Qatari based Consulting Company is looking out for a Business Development Manager from the Recruitment industry for Middle level and Senior Level Positions for UAE location. Candidate should be on freelance or Husband or Wife Visa . This option is work from Home as Our Company does not have a Office Presence in UAE .

• Identifying potential clients and markets for the recruitment services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs.
• Developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients.
• Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
• Keeping uptodate with industry trends and market conditions.
• Providing regular reports and updates to management on business development activities and progress.

A successful BDM in the recruitment industry in the UAE would need to have a strong understanding of the local market excellent communication and negotiation skills and a proven track record in business development. Experience in the recruitment industry and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations would also be beneficial.

Job Type: Fulltime

Salary: AED15000.00 AED20000.00 per month

Experience:

• business development manager: 8 years (Preferred)
• Understanding Recruitment: 1 year (Required)

Location: Dubai (Preferred)
