Role Description

This is a fulltime role for a Real Estate Agent on commission basis. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for conducting market research prospecting clients and managing sales transactions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of success in the industry.

• Prospect and cultivate leads through various channels including networking events social media and referrals.
• Conduct property showings and provide valuable insights to clients to facilitate informed decisionmaking.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the buying or selling process.
• Collaborate with other team members including mortgage brokers appraisers and inspectors to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.
• Stay informed about market trends property values and industry best practices to provide accurate and uptodate information to clients.
• Keep abreast of market developments and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of real property markets and Dubai laws and regulations.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Techsavvy with a strong work ethic.
• Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage.
