German Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a German Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The primary job responsibilities include finding and recruiting top talent from the German-speaking regions, coordinating interviews, and working with hiring managers to ensure a successful recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also support various HR initiatives, including onboarding, compliance, and training.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German.
• Proven track record of success in recruiting in the German-speaking regions
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments.
• Demonstrated understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include experience in HR analytics, knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
