Our client a luxury real estate agency are looking for experienced agents to join their team.

This person should have proven experience in achieving sales targets in real estate particularly in the luxury market showcasing your comprehensive knowledge of this area.

Your Responsiblities:

• 
  Client Consultation:

  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their property needs preferences and financial considerations.
  • Provide expert advice on market conditions pricing and the overall real estate process.

• Property Valuation:

  • Conduct comparative market analysis to determine the optimal listing price for properties.
  • Stay informed about market trends property values and neighborhood developments.

• Property Showings:

  • Arrange and conduct property showings for potential buyers.
  • Highlight property features and benefits to prospective clients.

• Negotiation:

  • Negotiate and facilitate the buying and selling process on behalf of clients.
  • Ensure favorable terms and conditions for both buyers and sellers.

• Transaction Management:

  • Oversee the entire real estate transaction process from initial contact to closing.
  • Coordinate with lenders home inspectors and other relevant parties to ensure a smooth transaction.

• Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and followup.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the real estate journey.

• Market Research:

  • Stay abreast of market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
  • Use market insights to provide clients with accurate and uptodate information

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in Real Estate in UAE
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems.
• Proactive problemsolving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
