Position: Sales Assistant

Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: 35000 AED per month
VLAKAR Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant you will play a crucial role in promoting our real estate services and generating leads through effective telephone sales techniques as well as organizing property listings. This is a great opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients and follow up calls to generate leads and promote our real estate services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow up.
Utilize scripts and sales strategies to deliver persuasive pitches and close deals.
Keep accurate records of all sales and potential leads in our database.
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
Constantly stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide accurate information to potential clients.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred.
Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Real estate knowledge and experience is a plus.
