Greet visitors and attendees answer phones and greet clients
Track and respond to emails in a timely manner
Prepare and proofread communications documents presentations reports and other materials
Receive and sort mail packages and other deliveries
Assist with data entry tasks and maintain confidential records
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
Implement scheduling systems and maintain calendar
Manage office supplies and order stationery as needed
Assist with other administrative duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous administration experience preferred
Highly organized and efficient
Extremely detailoriented and experienced in data entry
Good ability to prioritize tasks and switch between them
Solid communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and various computer applications
Spanish speaking a plus but not required
