Senior Rewards Manager

Work Experience & Required Competencies

• Minimum 10-12 years with specialized experience in regional rewards management, preferably in multinational organizations, retail business or companies in innovative industries.
• Strong experience leading and implementing rewards projects across multiple markets. Well versed with local employment law.
• Strong experiences designing sales incentive plans.
• Strong experiences in expatriate compensation plan design and management.
• Well versant with job evaluation methodology.
• Highly analytical, meticulous, organized and results oriented.
• Strong drive to make things happen.
• Strong capability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, together with strong presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage professionally with different levels of stakeholders for close work partnership locally, regionally and globally.
• Agile, ability to use discretion and deal effectively with uncertainty, change and ambiguity.
• Innovative, open-minded, proactive, independent and customer orientated.
• Strong understanding of the Brand, Business and Retail.
• Strong experience in using common HRIS tools.
• High learning agility.
