Job Duties:

• Locate and interview potential CDL drivers for Local positions
  
• Vet applications to meet client standards for work history, MVR and Background requirements
  
• Interview and vet potential drivers for multiple jobs and consult on best fit for driver and
  
• Utilize ATS system to keep organization and compliance standards
  
• Represent Suncoast Drivers with integrity and dignity
  

Qualifications:

• 1 Year industry or related high volume recruiting exp is preferred
  
• experience using ATS systems
  
• Problem solving skills

Compensation:

• $40,000 - $45,000 base
  
• $15,000-$25,000 potential first year ;

Must be At least 21 years of Back Ground: 7 year county, state, and federal criminal conviction search, a social security trace, and a search of the national sex offender drug screen that consists of a ten panel drug test within 14 days of start MVR: No history of citation or conviction for the following offenses while operating a commercial motor vehicle: Under the influence of alcohol or controlled Commercial Motor Vehicle Lifetime Personal vehicle - 5-year Leaving the scene of an Use of a motor vehicle to commit a felony No previous history of suspension, revocation, or cancelation of driving privilege as a result of moving traffic violations or vehicular accidents within the previous 5 years No combination of more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents within the previous 36 months (citation or conviction)
