Responsibilities:

Identify and Prospect Foreign Investors:
Research and identify potential foreign investors with a specific focus on those interested in the EB5 Immigrant Investor Program.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the investor's profile investment criteria and interest in the EB5 Program.

EB5 Program Expertise:
Demonstrate indepth knowledge of the EB5 Program including its requirements processes and compliance standards.
Advise foreign investors on the EB5 Program addressing their inquiries and ensuring a clear understanding of the immigration and investment aspects.

Build and Maintain Relationships:
Establish and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders including regional centers migration agents and foreign investors interested in the EB5 Program.
Act as a liaison between foreign investors and regional centers facilitating communication and collaboration.

Market Analysis and EB5 Investment Opportunities:
Conduct market analysis to identify key investment opportunities in the USA particularly those aligned with the EB5 Program criteria.
Provide insights and recommendations on projects eligible for EB5 investment.

Create and Deliver EB5 Program Presentations:

Qualifications:
