Talent Sourcer

Linked4HR is seeking for an experienced and highly motivated Sourcerbased in the UAE.

Your role will be to identify engage and attract the best talents for various positions within our clients organizations. You will work closely with the rest of the recruitment team to understand our clients needs and proactively source qualified candidates across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Source through the use of various methods to identify and engage potential candidates.

• Employ creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.

• Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidate qualifications skills and experience.

• Evaluate candidates suitability for specific positions.

• Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate information in the ATS.

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand clients hiring needs job requirements and ideal candidates profiles.

• Provide regular updates on sourcing activities candidate pipelines and market insights to stakeholders.

• Promote our employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

• Proven work experience as a sourcer or a related role in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques including online sourcing platforms social media and Boolean search.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with candidates and build strong relationships.

• Proficient in using various sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Indeed

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive sourcing strategies.
