Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the UAE office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in building B2B sales from the ground up particularly in the context of IT software and service startup companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive B2B sales growth in the UAE market.
- Utilize a strategic approach to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their unique business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Build and manage a highperformance sales team fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in B2B sales specifically in building sales from zero to one for IT software and service startups.
- Strong background in IT services and solutions with a solid understanding of the industry landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve targets.
- Exceptional office management skills including the ability to work efficiently with less supervision.
- Technical background or familiarity with IT solutions is highly preferred.
