الوصف الوظيفي
Ø Complete mise-en-place and mise-en-scene for smooth service and pleasant atmosphere.
Ø Clean the bar counter and make requisition for beverages to maintain the par stock.
Ø Display liquor attractively
Ø Maintain bar linen
Ø Check the service equipment at the bar before opening the counter for service
Ø Take inventory of alcoholic beverages with the F&B controls Ø Maintain & polish glassware & silverware used in the bar.
Ø Check maintenance requirements and place job orders.
Ø Check the temperature of refrigerators & chillers
Ø Update on beverage service instructions, if any for the day
Ø Provide beverage service as per the standards of management.
Ø Close the bar after service hours
Ø Generate liquor statement every month end.
Ø Inform non –available items to the manager / supervisor.
