• Able to courteously assign guests to tables suitable for the size of the group and

escort patrons to their seats

• Able to adjust patron seating flow in such manner as to balance customers

among the various service stations

• Able to communicate with guests and clients to ensure reservations are properly

recorded and all needs met

• Able to present menus and wine lists and explanations for all special items listed
• Provide friendly courteous and efficient service to all guests with making eye

contact smiling and maintaining proper posture

• Able to coordinate with other supportive departments in order to ensure that

snacks and beverages are prepared and served promptly

• Reporting about the everyday business of the restaurant to the management

and bring to their notice if any problem has arisen
