Growth Marketing Manager - Online Retail

Our client, one of the fastest growing Online Retail Co. is looking fora Growth Marketing Manager to join its team in Dubai.

Responsibilities include:

• Create and deploy creative growth strategies designed to drive measurable results using a mix of channels, mediums, and content
• Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels
• Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all action plans and activities
• Analysing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Define and produce marketing campaigns for demand creation, lead generation, and for lead tracking and management
• Consider the end-to-end experience of customers, evaluating and improving offers
• Develop and execute strategies through SEO, social media, digital sales, email list building, content (including webinars and podcasts), email marketing, and paid advertising
• Build frameworks, tools, and hacks
• Working closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback & present results
• Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities
