Financial Supervisor

Each member of staff has responsibility to adhere to Fund Solution policies and procedures

Assists in developing, documenting and maintaining accounting policies and procedures

Managing the Vendor Aging to ensure delinquencies are researched and settled

Supervises employees in the Financial Planning & Analysis function

Effectively manages a small team of staff to achieve performance standards, develop and motivate staff to achieve effectiveness

Manages staff with focus on clear expectations, feedback and results for each person

Perform a wide variety of general accounting functions including preparation, review, and approval of journal entries, month-end closing processes, year-end schedules and reports

Manage the hub accounting staff, mentor and train hub staff

Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls

Review and audit payroll, accounts payable, cash receipts, inventory, journal entries, reconciliations, for specific business units.

Uses internal systems tools (e.g. SAP) and external systems tools (e.g., internet, government sites, bank sites, ) to conduct detailed analysis of client profitability.
