Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations. Oversee the work of subcontractors and laborers, ensuring quality and efficiency. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager. Conduct site inspections to identify any issues or potential risks. Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve design or construction issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement necessary safety measures. Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders. Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets. Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project completion.
