We are looking for a Sales Director (Real Estate). The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge about UAE real estate market with minimum 5 years of similar experience.
Salary: AED 12000-15000 with 4% - 6% Commission on every deal closed in the team and other statutory benefits.
Requirements
- Must have minimum 5 years of UAE real estate market experience
- At least one of experience as Sales Director
- Any Bachelor’s degree excellent communication skills
- Managerial skills and team management
- Must have handled team of minimum 5 members and is working with at least 40 employees in the current/recent company
- Proven track record of generating Pipeline/Sales of Secondary Market sales in Dubai
- RERA would be an added advantage
- Valid UAE driving license
Responsibilities
- Oversee our fast-growing investor and seller network.
- Ability to spot talents and recruit a strong performance property consultant team
- Build a strong sales process where the person is the master on each step – cold calling to closing deals.
- Train the team on day-to-day basis.
- Must always be available to the team, especially outside of working hours
- Perfect comprehensive marketing analysis to target the right market
- Help the company to improve customer/ landlord strategies based on the market facts and acquisition
- Work closely with other departments to carry the client through 360- degree process
- Help the company improve its customer acquisition strategies based on market facts and your experience
- Able to shoulder more priorities and responsibilities, work together to have the support and commitment of the group
