الوصف الوظيفي
Role and Responsibilities:
- Achievement of individual sales Invoice EW Accessories/ Productivity targets
- Providing Solutions to Customers Queries/Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of products in his/her department
- My Area My Responsibility (MAMR)
- Maintain the display logic planogram & placards
- Perpetual Inventory Count
- Cleanliness of area of responsibility
- Managing brand promoters under his/her igned team/ department
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification Graduation or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in Electronics Retail Sales
- Proven experience in a retail sales role with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership and team management experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal ss.
- Customerfocused with a pion for delivering excellent service.
- Knowledge of the products or services offered in the store.
- Proficiency in using pointofsale (POS) systems and other retail software.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic retail environment.
- Organizational ss and attention to detail.
