Mission & Summary:Business Development Manager is responsible for acquiring new business of residential
commercial properties. This involves determining rates, identifying key clients, infiltrating client firm and identifying key stakeholders,
managing and preparing proposals and presentations, growing relations with clients. Developing sales strategies and growth plans
for the department.
Responsibilities:
- Client Communication and Identification.
- Direct-Selling.
- Execute sales development processes that allow for scale.
- Gather market information.
- Research and monitor competitors.
- Understand client behavior and trends and report how clients prefer to engage, and grow engagement.
- Measure our value from clients perspective.
- Generate new SQL leads from references and industry meetings.
- Successful conversion of SQL to meetings.
- Successful conversion of meetings to proposals.
- Negotiate scope of work, prices, and terms to close sales deals and prepare sales agreements.
- Track all sales activities in the company s CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Create a solution based proposal and value statement
- Deliver results despite challenges
