Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading local companies offering Water Solutions in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Sales Executive who will be responsible for marketing and sale of various water products / solutions.
- Survey market potential in UAE, identify potential clients, and plan territory coverage to ensure maximum market penetration.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to improve the business; prepare and perform technical presentations and demonstrate the differentiation of Water Solutions, water treatment products/services, that meet/exceed client needs
- Generate and execute sales plans for existing and new customer base; manage negotiations for customer satisfaction on technical and commercial matters while overseeing a sustainable financial relationship with customer
- Manage marketplace stakeholders, in sector and customers, to ensure business growth and protection of current portfolio; understand business need and recommend continuous improvement, and innovation plans with stakeholder insights
- Managing profitability of the account; review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements.
- Manage responsibility for all sales, account correspondence, contracts, orders received, new business implementation, troubleshooting, and follow-up within designated Customer Portfolio
- When necessary, provide guidance, coaching, and training of fellow Technical Engineers to increase application knowledge within the Team
- Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performed at optimal levels.
- Create and coordinate a differentiated approach with given resources, and support for a sustainable growth of business and a trustworthy brand recognition in the market
- Report to Water Solutions Sales Manager, and collaborate with the rest of Team to ensure growth of the business, in and beyond the UAE
Requirements
- A bachelor degree in a science primarily in Chemistry or Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Water Solutions sales is required.
- Market knowledge of Hospitality, Heavy industry, District cooling plants, Oil & Gas is required.
- Working knowledge of cooling towers, steam boiler, chilled water, Reverse Osmosis and wastewater treatment system is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Fluent in Arabic is an advantage.
- Possess a valid UAE Drivers License
