Job Responsibilities
Generate revenue from an assigned geographical location by implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets. They manage and lead Field Sales Representatives, conduct sales territory analyses, and close sales.
Job Responsibilities:
Setting sales targets
Maximizing sales and profitability
Providing the team with a stimulating and supportive environment
Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
Ensures the store managers and their staff keep stores to the highest possible
standards, being well organized and properly merchandised at all times; and that all
policies, procedures and controls are followed.
Drive customer service excellence to every aspects of the store
Monitoring the sales of daily, weekly and monthly basis
Follow up display of merchandise, product, placement, story layout and selling
procedures
Strategic goals and sales target of the store are met by maximizing sales and gross
profit
Train staff on daily responsibilities, brand promotion and customer service activities
Reviewing sales team performance
Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
Lead a team to towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
Manage employee schedules, to include setting hours and timesheets
Managing overall stores profitability throw P&L and delivering targets
Increasing and driving sales figures by improving UPT, ATV & Conversion
Spearheaded sales team developed triaging tools to achieve established goals &
objectives
Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure all staff members are
achieving desired goals.
Training the team to have sales techniques and product knowledge
Compile the sales and share with the GM
Follow up & motivate the team to achieve the target and understand the customer
flow
Dealing with Back office team for the shipment and inventory team for stock arrival
Check stock room capacity and report to operation team
Dealing with marketing team to improve the sales at the stores
Planning and delegating the task

Salary - 10.000/12.000 AED
