About FIT 845 FIT 845 is a growing multi-unit fitness company operating F45 Training and FS8 studios throughout the Greater Puget Sound Area . Our mission is simple: empowering people | elevating fitness. We believe great fitness businesses are built by great people, strong leaders, and disciplined operating systems. Over the past several years, we’ve built a portfolio of high-quality studios and developed the processes, technology, sales systems, and leadership infrastructure to support continued growth. We are currently entering our next stage of expansion, with additional studios under development and plans to continue growing beyond our current footprint. As we scale, we are investing heavily in our leadership team and in creating an organization where talented people can grow their careers, take on greater responsibility, and help shape the future of the company.
