Femote GmbH

femote is an operating system for gynaecological practices redistributing care before during and after the appointment.

Gynaecologists are often the main point of contact for life-changing phases like pregnancy and menopause or for conditions like endometriosis and cancer. Still practices are paid a quarterly flat rate of only 17 for most routine cases. That is rarely enough to cover everything.

Step One: We turn ordinary statutory gynaecological practices into digital care champions.

One interface connecting practices with patients (mobile app) for structured care pathways following the principle: Digital whenever possible in person when necessary.

1. Better appointment prioritisation and preparation through a digital medical intake that starts at home before an appointment is even booked.
2. Better care by individualising appointments with pre-booked extra services that statutory healthcare does not cover.
3. Better patient self-efficacy through personalised education material and treatment monitoring.
4. Better accessibility by providing practices with blueprints on turning appointments into telemedical ones where possible.

A win-win for everyone providing patients with timely and accessible care while supporting practices in their profitability and working conditions.

Step Two: We turn generalist doctors into specialists by equipping them with clinical diagnostic and decision support built specifically for women.

In many cases women simply lack access to the right specialists. While clinical diagnostic and decision support can potentially fill that gap most of them are trained on datasets that have been systemically excluding women in their research.

That is why femote is turning the treatment data collected into algorithms designed and trained for female health.
