After struggling to find good music teachers for my children in my neighborhood, I decided that there must be a better way to find the right tutor: Thus the idea of Apprentus was born.

The problem that my family and millions others face each year is that it is so difficult to find good tutors in the local area. You might check bulletin boards or go to yellow page websites to see what is available in your area, you then try to verify their quality and all seems well, its only when you finally make that phone call when you find out that the teacher is not available at the right time, doesn't teach children, or just isn't a good fit. This seemingly simple process can easily take hours, days or weeks.
