Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Our Client A leading firm into Ecommerce fulfilment industry is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee teams optimize processes and ensure the efficient management of their facility in Dubai.

Position: Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Package: 56 K(AED)

Location: Dubai.

Experience: 12 Years of Logistics industry is must.

Preference: Candidates with strong communication skills experienced and knowledge of Ship Edge is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Oversight: Supervise all warehouse activities overseeing team performance maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the overall maintenance of the facility.
• Efficient Stock Storage: Ensure efficient and organized storage of stocks within the warehouse optimizing space and accessibility for retrieval.
• Warehouse Management Software (WMS): Utilize WMS software to streamline and optimize warehouse operations enhancing efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
• Organization and Labelling: Maintain wellorganized workstations by clearly labelling tools and resources required by workers facilitating smoother operational workflows.
• Inventory Audits and Stock Checks: Assist in preparing inventory audits and conducting regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Audit Report Management: Review and finalize audit reports ensuring completeness and accuracy in detailing inventory discrepancies or adjustments.
• SOP Development and Safety Guidelines: Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines aligning them with operational goals.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyse data to generate reports providing necessary documentation upon request to offer insights into warehouse performance and inventory management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) software and other relevant tools for efficient warehouse management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain cleanliness and order within the warehouse.
• Experience in conducting inventory audits and stock checks ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Knowledge of developing SOPs and safety guidelines contributing to operational efficiency and safety standards.
• Excellent analytical skills capable of gathering and interpreting data for insightful reports.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills essential for working closely with the Operations Manager and leading a team.
