Are you an outgoing, organized, and team oriented person who puts relationships first? We are looking for a Client Care Specialist to help meet our patients needs. Client Care Specialists ensure the patient and client care is held to the standards of excellence expected by our hospital. People in this position are required to assist the veterinarians to the fullest extent possible including:
- Communicating with clients via phone, text and email.
- Scheduling Appointments.
- Check-in and Checkout of Clients and Patients
- Discussing payment options and taking Payments from Clients
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be 18 years old.
Must put Relationships First!
