Job Description
- To ensure that all colleagues activities adhere to and support the ICDR Quality Standards
- Provides a link between kitchen and service areas at all times.
- Uphold the restaurant's values and reputation by providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive atmosphere.
- The ability to function and work behind the bar as well as on the floor and process good knowledge on both food & Beverage service as well as Beverage & Food production behind the bar.
- Support the daily operation of the restaurant as well as ensuring the smoothness of the work section appointed.
- Provide a high-quality service and create an exceptional experience for our guests.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, adhering to the restaurant's dress code and grooming standards.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Stay updated on current menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide accurate information to guests.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and restocking supplies
