Clean and reset tables after customers leave to prepare for the next guests.
Assist with food preparation and ensure necessary supplies are available in the kitchen.
Collaborate with waiter staff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
Required profile of candidates
Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Knowledge of menu items and ability to make recommendations based on customer preferences.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Basic mathematics skills to process payments and conduct cash transactions.
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve problems in a professional and satisfactory manner.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by the hospitality industry.
