1. Responsible for taking actionable for the employee s feedback.

2. Creating tasks & tickets for actionable feedback.

3. Organizing monthly sports events.

4. Should meet the employees in person and bring out their issues and have to resolve them.

5. Organizing monthly birthday celebrations.

6. Organizing quarterly, half-yearly, and annual events.

7. Allocating required courses to the employees.

8. Conducting POSH meetings every month and taking actionable for the points discussed.

9. Organizing farewell parties for the resigning employees as per policy.

10. Responsible for collecting details from the teams regarding if any crisis is going on.

11. Collecting exit feedback and taking actionable.

12. Following up with the employees on the Performance Improvement policy.

Requirements

Skill set required:

• MS Excel
