Job Description

- Discontinuation of outdated or slow-moving articles, forecasting, etc.
- Coordinating and managing vendor-SC meetings.
- Coordinating with production team for products related (forecasting, solving manufacturing issues, finding alternatives for discontinued materials, etc.)
- Supporting sales teams by revising prices, finding alternatives for out-of-stock items, special orders requests (checking with suppliers for availability of special order items and supply lead time)
- Assisting and coordinating with marketing team to arrange communication, catalogues, photoshoots, packaging design, uploading images on SAP
- Working with Finance on issues with regards to payments and LC
- Working with Legal on supplier agreements and trademark registrations
- Working with HR on recruitments as well as all tasks and activities related to employees
- Working with project sales team to source the required product based on the set budget for the project by obtaining technical data sheet, ordering samples from suppliers, following up with suppliers, getting the final quotes and calculating landed cost.
- Sourcing the products from current or new vendors.
- Arranging and controlling agreements with vendors on price, payment terms, lead time, etc.
- Ordering samples from vendors.
- Forecasting initial sales quantity to place an order with vendors.
- Coordinating with master data management team for creation of BOM's, Vendor articles, updating sales prices, vendor agreement, vendor prices
- Coordinating with logistics and aftersales for the vendor shipments and installation related matters
