- Manage Spare parts supply and inventory
- Monitoring of minimum stock level & Total Inventory Mgmt.
- Mark and store parts in stockrooms according to prearranged systems.
- Oversees computerized parts catalog system and maintains a running inventory of regular and special-order parts and supplies.
- Dispenses parts to service mechanics.
- Request to Purchases standard items regularly.
- Receives and inspects incoming orders for correct quantity and quality of materials.
- Processes invoices for payments and maintains proper records.
- Maintains knowledge of pricing, changes in parts, and technical service bulletins through collaboration with procurement department.
